We prepare the order in 1-2 working days. When it ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

In Italy delivery costs €5.90 and is free from €109. In the rest of the European Union it costs €14.99 and is free from €199. Outside the European Union it costs €19.99.

How do I make a return?

Write to info@looniva.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you.

I chose the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes, under the same conditions as a return. Write to us before shipping it back, so we can tell you where to send it.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, at checkout you can split the amount into three instalments.
